  • 1 Cup (240ml) Water
  • 3 TSP Cinnamon
  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 3 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Scoop NaturesPlus Pumpkin Seed Protein (28.6g)
  • 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree (177ml)
