Pea Protein Omelet

  • ½ tbsp. organic olive oil 
  • 2 organic free-range eggs
  • 1 scoop of Organic Nature’s Plus® Pea Protein
  • ½ tsp. organic vegetable bouillon
  • 2 tsp. organic buckwheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4-5 diced Kalamata olives
  • 4-5 diced cherry tomatoes


  1. Heat the organic olive oil on low heat in a frying pan.
  2. While oil is heating, beat the organic free-range eggs with Pea Protein and vegetable bouillon.
  3. Add organic buckwheat flour, mixing continuously.
  4. Pour mixture into frying pan and cook until eggs are set and firm. Carefully flip the omelete and cook the other side.
  5. Place on a plate and garnish with fresh cilantro, Kalamata olives, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
