Raw Paleo Chocolate Fudge Cake Protein Bars

These fudgy no-bake cake bars are a crowd-pleaser and can be made in minutes.

If you ever need an excuse to eat chocolate, let these no-fuss, decadent cake bars be it.  Made with nourishing ingredients like coconut oil, cashew butter and cocoa powder, these cake bars provide you with mood-boosting healthy nutrients that will keep you full and satisfied.  Also, add in French Vanilla or mixed berry (depending on your preference) PureTrition for an added 18g of protein! 

All it takes are 7 ingredients, 1 bowl, a pan and a fridge – no baking! – making this a perfect choice for a quick, easy dessert to bring to any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp. cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp. raw, dried shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp. Maca Powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup dried Goji Berries
  • ½ scoop PureTrition French Vanilla or Mixed Berry

Directions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil, add cashew butter, and then add all the dried ingredients.
  2. Place the mix in an oven tin (8x8 pan for thinner squares or 6x6 for thicker squares) covered with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. You can sprinkle some dried coconut on top before placing the chocolate fudge in the fridge.
  4. Cut it in small squares and enjoy!
