Treat yourself to this deliciously healthy and refreshing dessert. Cool down on a hot summer day with banana ice cream!
- 2 medium-sized frozen bananas
- One squeeze of agave syrup or two Medjool dates
- A dash of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 scoop of Source of Life Garden Vegan Power Protein
- In a high-powered blender, mix all the ingredients together until they become the same consistency of ice cream
